How to introduce a 2 months old male cat to my 9 month old female persian cat ?HELP THE CASE IS DIFFERENT.?
I HAVE THIS FEMALE PERSIAN CAT SINCE SHE WAS 2 MONTHS OLD AND NOW SHE IS 9 MONTHS OLD. THE MATTER IS SHE IS VERY SENSITIVE. WHEN SHE SAW HER MOTHER AFTER A GAP OF ONE MONTH SHE HISSED AT HER & WAS VERY SCARED, I EVEN FELT HER SHIVER (IS THIS COMMON). SINCE THEN I NEVER INTRODUCED HER TO ANY OTHER CATS. NOW I REALLY WANT TO HAVE A PERSIAN MALE KITTEN OF 2 MONTHS, IS IT POSSIBLE FOR THEM TO COPE OR WILL IT BE A PROBLEM. IF YES THEN HOW?

It would be good to get a cage or crate to keep the male in, and then bring him near, but not in, the house. Bring your cat outside and hold her and pet her near the crate, and slowly bring her closer to him. After a little while, maybe twenty minutes, bring her and the kitten inside, and let her walk around and sniff the kitten and crate, petting her and praising her. After a little while, let the kitten out and pay a lot of attention to the older cat, and make sure you are nice to the younger one so she doesn't see him as a threat. Good luck!
