Do you care about dogs?
If you haven't heard already, an 'artist' starved a dog to death all in the name of 'art'. He just chained him up in a gallery for people to walk past and watch die!
He's planning on doing it again so please, if you care, would you mind signing this petition to help stop this cruelty?
